Cancellation Policy
- 14 days or more before the scheduled date of use: free of charge.
- 4 to 13 days before the scheduled date of use: 30% of the rental fee.
- 2 to 3 days before the scheduled date of use: 50% of the rental fee.
- The day before or on the day of the scheduled date of use: 100% of the rental fee.
* Requests made after 6 pm Japan Standard Time (JST) will be processed the next day.
Other Notice
- Please note that if you are late for the pick-up time, your reservation will be cancelled without refund.
- If you forget a valid international driver's permit (no digital or photocopies), Passport(Original) or Creditcard, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the pick-time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- Many highways and public roads in Japan have camera-based speed enforcement devices. If you are caught speeding and arrested, you may not be able to return to your home as scheduled. Please adhere to the speed limit.
- Engaging in racing activities on racetracks, gymkhanas, mountain passes, and similar locations is strictly forbidden. Vehicles are equipped with GPS, and a fine of 1,000,000 yen will be imposed if you are found participating in such activities.
